Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your UltraLife purchase. Here is our straightforward refund policy for digital products.

All sales are final for digital products

All UltraLife eBooks come with a All sales are final for digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us within purchase at your own discretion. Digital downloads cannot be refunded once downloaded.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@ultralife.com within 7 days of purchase
  • Include your name and the email address used for purchase
  • Include your order ID (found in your Gumroad/Etsy confirmation email)
  • We will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Free products

Free products are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

After the 7-day period

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We prioritise customer satisfaction and will do our best to find a fair resolution.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if the download link was shared with multiple users in violation of our Terms & Conditions, or if the request appears to be fraudulent.
